Orthodontics for kids

Providing orthodontic care to children is the same as providing quality children’s dentistry. At Comprehensive Family Dentistry, we’ll help your child learn that he doesn’t have to fear the dentist, and that good oral care and orthodontics provide their own rewards.

In children’s orthodontics, we offer a variety of corrective appliances and braces that catch malocclusions and tooth irregularities before they start. Our orthodontic care can prevent or eliminate bite misalignment, underdeveloped jaws, crowded teeth, narrow arches, jaw joint issues, airway obstructions or impeded speech development. We’ll also address any long-term problems cause by thumbsucking.

Orthodontics for adults

If you suffer from ear or jaw pain, breathing obstructions or speech impediments, you may need corrective orthodontics. It’s not uncommon for adults to need braces – some of us grew up without the benefit of good orthodontic care. And though it’s nothing to be ashamed of, some of us are embarrassed by needing braces during adulthood.
